All our apartments are professionally cleaned before our tenants move in and as you can start living in one of our properties within 24 hours of agreeing the rent, you can be in your top-quality home sooner than you think!
But our work does not end there. As part of our commitment to providing a first-class service we have established a tenants’ charter, in which we promise to keep all our properties – including the internal and external communal areas – maintained to a high standard.

We will aim to respond to and identify any maintenance issues within 24 hours of it being reported to us, although if this is not possible we will try to offer a timescale of works within a further 24 to 48 hours.
And as our in-house team includes building surveyors, lettings agents, maintenance experts and property managers you can be confident that any problem you have will be dealt with efficiently and quickly by someone knowledgeable.
